Lulled to sleep by the gentle river breeze, I barely noticed the sounds of passing boats. The villa’s communal seating area is perfect for chatting with fellow guests over local beers. My only nitpick: curtains didn’t block all light, making very early mornings a little bright. No big deal when you’ve got such a picturesque wake-up call. Fantastic value.

I stayed here for four nights and loved having free Wi-Fi to research day trips. Rooms felt private, with patios that opened onto the garden. While there’s no restaurant on premises, the night market two blocks away serves incredible Lao barbecue. Staff pointed me to their favorite stall and the villa’s price still beats any riverside hotel nearby.

Amazing views from the room and riverside. Good opinions for food nearby. Friendly staffs, manager Bill was very helpful and responsive for all questions on WhatsApp. Walking distance to key attractions.

I reached the by tuk-tuk. Check-in was swift, with staff explaining local markets and boat tours. My private bathroom gleamed, and the linens smelled freshly laundered. Nice view. Excellent location steps from Wat Xieng Thong.

Nice view of the river from our balcony. The manager was very nice. He didn't speak any English but was a whiz with Google translate. Best shower on our whole trip. Strong hot water!
